Visualising the end result can help close the gap between you and the goal. Do you have the determination? do you have the skills and knowledge? You will need lots of willpower and enthusiasm to push yourself to achieve your goals and visualisation is often a good way of getting some of that.

SMART goals is an acronym for

  1. Specific — be clear with your goal and leave no guesses
  2. Measurable — numbers will influence strategy and approach
  3. Attainable — challenge yourself but make sure it's doable
  4. Relevant — if your why isn’t big enough, you may not finish
  5. Time-based — 1-week goals, 1-month goals, 3-month goals, 1-year goals

Road map to achieve your goals
SMART GOAL > PROGRESS GOALS > ACTIONS + TASKS

get clear on the actions you need to take, get the right process and success will come.
